Since then we have established ourselves as a preferred commercial flooring dealer in our region. This has mainly been accomplished by staying fully engaged in the installation process; the most important variable in our profession. We have crews that are well versed in interior/exterior ceramic tile, commercial carpets and most types of resilient flooring.

Our installation team is the most important part of the Ibex crew. Most of our competitors use sub-contracted labor and as a result are not able to control the quality of their people. The number one thing that differentiates us from our competitors is that our work is done by our employees. Serious, career oriented, quality installers with full benefits, motivated to deliver a level of quality that sub-contracted labor just cannot match. A sub is motivated to be fast, but our guys work for us so they are only motivated to do the best job possible.

Buddy has been the Project Manager at Ibex since 2015 and has been working in the flooring trade for over 35 years. He has knowledge in all floor coverings from residential to corporate to commercial and specializes in Health Care installations. Working at Ibex allows him the opportunity to apply the knowledge and people skills he’s learned in order to best reflect his customer’s needs.
Buddy was born in Southern California where we was a firefighter for ten years. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife of 30 years and his two children and grandson.

Dan graduated from Whitworth University in 2001 and continues to live in Spokane with his wife and four children. For the last 14 years, he has worked as a commercial dealer and a product representative on the manufacturer side. As a Project Manager and Sales Representative for Ibex, Dan works successfully in all market segments, but he specializes in serving the public school districts, including Mead, Central Valley, Kennewick, College Place, Pateros, Newport, Sprague, Grand Coulee and more.

Nathan learned the craft of flooring from a young age. His father and grandfather were both in the flooring industry and passed that knowledge on to Nathan. By the time he finished high school, installation had become a full time job. At the age of 25 he was recruited to become the Installation Service Manager for the large commercial flooring dealer, DuPont Commercial Flooring Systems.
This invaluable experience eventually led Nathan and his wife, Ashli, to start Ibex flooring in 2003 with the goal of creating a commercial floor dealer that provides long-term flooring solutions and the best possible service. Along with owning the business, Nathan manages Operations and Sales.
Today, Ibex Flooring has become well established as a preferred and trusted leader throughout the region.
Jason

Installation Service Manager
Jason has been working with Ibex as the Installation Service Manager since 2007. He manages and schedules the labor and the large tile install projects. He was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene and attended North Idaho College in the Carpentry Program. In 1998, Jason took a job setting tile in residential areas in the Coeur d’Alene area, and started doing commercial installs and subcontracting for Ibex in 2005.

Zach was raised in the small town of Oroville, Washington, two miles south of the Canadian border. Growing up, Zach worked at his parents Auto Body repair shop during the summer. He moved to Pullman to pursue an undergraduate degree in Construction Management at Washington State University and moved to Spokane after he graduated in 2017. Right out of college, he started working with Ibex helping installers in the field and now works in the office as an Estimator.
