Our installation team is the most important part of the Ibex crew. Most of our competitors use sub-contracted labor and as a result are not able to control the quality of their people. Nathan learned the craft of flooring from a young age. His father and grandfather were both in the flooring industry and passed that knowledge on to Nathan. By the time he finished high school, installation had become a full time job. At the age of 25 he was recruited to become the Installation Service Manager for the large commercial flooring dealer, DuPont Commercial Flooring Systems.
This invaluable experience eventually led Nathan and his wife, Ashli, to start Ibex flooring in 2003 with the goal of creating a commercial floor dealer that provides long-term flooring solutions and the best possible service. Along with owning the business, Nathan manages Operations and Sales.
Today, Ibex Flooring has become well established as a preferred and trusted leader throughout the region.
Jason

Project Manager with a focus on tile, commercial kitchens, restaurants and corporate projects
Jason has been working with Ibex as the Installation Service Manager since 2007. He manages and schedules the labor and the large tile install projects. He was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene and attended North Idaho College in the Carpentry Program. In 1998, Jason took a job setting tile in residential areas in the Coeur d’Alene area, and started doing commercial installs and subcontracting for Ibex in 2005.

Zach was raised in the small town of Oroville, Washington, two miles south of the Canadian border. Growing up, Zach worked at his parents Auto Body repair shop during the summer. He moved to Pullman to pursue an undergraduate degree in Construction Management at Washington State University and moved to Spokane after he graduated in 2017. Right out of college, he started working with Ibex helping installers in the field and now works in the office as an Estimator.

Skilled in running the smallest to the largest of flooring projects in the region. Specializes in everything!
ETHAN

Born and raised in Spokane. He worked many summers in demo, deliveries and as a helper at Ibex Flooring while growing up and throughout high school. After graduating from Lewis and Clark HS in 2016, he attended Spokane Falls Community College and then transferred to Linfield University, where he played tennis and finished with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Ethan spent the next two years as a newspaper reporter in Astoria, Oregon. He moved back to Spokane in 2023 and joined Ibex as a project manager, making him fourth generation in the flooring industry.

Andrew grew up in the Spokane/CDA area, going to high school at Ferris HS. After high school he pursued a career in the flooring industry finding his niche in the commercial aspect of the industry. After 15 plus years out in the field, he took on the installation service manager role with Ibex in 2025. Prior to working hand in hand with Ibex for 10 plus year as a sub-contractor. Andrew continues to live on the South Hill with his wife Shelly and his 2 kids.
