OUR COMMERCIAL DESIGN CENTER

Our Design Center is intended for designers and end users to utilize when making decisions on the appropriate floor finishes for their project or building. We focus on helping designers write specifications for materials that not only meet the intended design but also meet the proper function of the space. It is helpful for us to set an appointment with you prior; this allows us to be attentive to the selections as they relate to the application.

Step 1

SET THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT

Give us a call or email with a time that you can come by and we’ll make sure we have the right person available to meet with you. If square footages are unknown we can also arrange for a project manager to do a site measure prior to our meeting.

Step 2

MEETING BUDGET EXPECTATIONS

It is necessary to have approximate square footage of the project when coming to view samples. We will help you to choose the right materials and attach an approximate dollar value to the amount needed to remain in line with the budget.

Step 3

DEVELOP YOUR “SHORT LIST”

One of the goals of our design meetings is develop a ‘short list’ of potential selections. From this list, we order larger samples. These larger samples help in solidifying a final decision. They will also give a better visual of the selection than an architect folder.

Step 4

RECeiVE FULL SIZE SAMPLES

Typically within a few days we’ll receive the larger samples from the manufacturer. Having these large samples will help give the confidence to make that final decision.
