Civic Building

Project Description

This was a unique project for a historic landmark building in downtown Spokane.  The architect and design firm, MMEC, worked to blend the new flooring/finishes while still preserving the historic value and architecture of the original building.   Ibex Flooring’s challenge in this was to professionally prepare and remedy the old/exiting substrate by pouring thousands of pounds of self-leveling and topping compounds.  In the end, creating an acceptable surface to showcase the new flooring.
